Instructions:

3. With the rings on high up on your shoulder, place the baby high up on the opposite shoulder as if they were going to burp.

4. Hold the fabric at the bottom behind the child's knees, hold the child securely, bend over a little to get the child in the pocket. You can also lower the baby straight down onto the ropes of the fabric and pull the rest of the fabric up towards the baby's shoulders.

Instructions:

1. With the seam by the rings facing downward, thread your sling. You do this by taking the bottom of the fabric and pulling it through both rings, and then the bottom ring.

2. Put your sling on (with the rings on whichever shoulder you are most comfortable with). Create a pocket by placing your elbow in the sling and tightening the fabric around your arm. Your elbow creates the space for where babies bottom will be.

3. With the rings on your shoulder, place baby high up on the opposite shoulder as if you were to burp them.

4. Hold the bottom rail of fabric behind the back of baby's knees and, while holding baby securely, bend over slightly to shimmy baby into the pocket. You can also sink baby straight down on to the swing/rope of the fabric and pull up the top rail towards baby's shoulders.

5. While lifting baby's weight, tighten the tail of the sling.
